Jardines Almenara is a living project with a great future. In fact it is one of the developments that has aroused more interest in our region, both for its location, one of the most demanded in the city, and for its characteristics as it is the only gated community with access control and single-family villas with large plot in our area. And it is especially notable for the quality of its homes as well as for the tranquility and good neighborhood that inhabits it.

There are currently 50 homes distributed in 4 blocks under construction. When the urbanization is completely finished, the project will have approximately 320 homes distributed in 24 blocks. There are also planned garden areas and service areas, such as a supermarket, gas station, restaurant,...

The next houses are located in these plots. As can be seen, the streets are already asphalted and the sidewalks have been made, even the street lamps have been placed and part of the road signs have already been made.
